On questwares.com, new items are updated on a daily basis at a price reasonable, once we receive an order by a customer, our staffs ensures the order are processed immediately and dispatched to the customer
- Is it possible to buy at any time?
Yes, you can buy whatever item you like at anytime of the day.
- How to I buy?
Buying at questwares.com is easy and fast. We have considered all the classes of customers, hence you can shop online, by phone, join our BB channel.
- How to I pay for goods I ordered for?
Paying for goods ordered for at questwares.com is very easy and straight forward. At the moment our payment method is cash on delivery.
- What is your return or exchange policy?
Questwares.com allows our customers to return item they brought from us in original condition for a full refund within 3 days of purchase or receiving the items and an item can be exchanged within 30days of purchasing or receiving items. Click here for more details about our return/exchange policy.
- Do you offer free delivery?
Questwares provide free delivery for all customer purchases totally N5, 000 and over.
- How do you deliver items?
We ensure all items ordered for are delivered within 3-5 business days within our coverage zone.
- What zones do you covered?
Presently our coverage zones are Akute, Alagbole, Lambe, Ajuwon, Denro, Ojodu-Berger, Omole Phase1, Ogba, Iju-Ishaga and its environs.
- Can I buy in Person?
Unfortunately, you can’t buy in person because we run an online store. If you want to buy from us you can visit our store on www.questwares.com or call our phone number.
- I am not within your coverage zone; can I still place an order?
Yes, you can still place an order with us even if you are not within our coverage zone, but this will come with a delivery cost
- Do I have to register before buying?
No, it’s not compulsory you register with questwares to start shopping. However we recommend you register to enable you access your order history
- I need an Item and I can’t find it on your website, can you assist?
Please contact us if you need an item and you can’t find it on our website. We would definitely go all out to get it for you.
- Where is questwares located?
Questwares is currently located in Ogun state, Nigeria
- When is your office operating days and hours?
Our office is opened from Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am -7pm.
- How do I search for Items on Questwares?
Enter your criteria into the search box at the top of any of our pages.
- Is Questwares an individual?
Questwares is a limited liability company owned by Quest Solution Technology registered to do business in Nigeria.
- I have ordered but yet to receive my good?
Delivery normally takes between 3-5 business days. Our courier partner however does not work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order. Click on track your order icon and input your order ID without the naira sign and your billing email
